ABOUT
This historic venue is a beautiful Grade II listed brick building built in 1864 and is connected to London’s only Lighthouse. The venue has a triple height ceiling with wooden beams and brick walls with large Victorian windows and is a perfect accompaniment to the Chainstore venue for Conferences, product launches and parties or events which require a separate bar, dinner, networking or plenary space.
The Buoy Store can be used as a stand alone venue or in conjunction with the Chainstore and the Thames Quayside.

Up to 300 for a dinner (tables removed for dancing)
Up to 418 theatre or Auditorium
Up to 450 standing reception
When used with the Chainstore:
Up to 500 for a dinner/dance
Up to 600 for a dinner (tables removed for dancing)
Up to 950 theatre or standing reception
Access times: Licensed until 1am (Background music only) Set up / de-rig and event times can be discussed.
Facilities:
7 x toilets and 5 urinals. (2 disabled) shared with the Chainstore venue
Clockroom / Green Room or back of house space.
10 x source 4 room break ups, uplighters.
Pier: Private Trinity Buoy Warf pier available for private charters to bring guests to the venue by boat. 15 mins from Westminster.
